Basement Doors/Storage Rooms

I just wanted to take a moment to remind everyone to ensure that they do not forget to lock the basement doors. I was on the North side of the building today and noticed that one of the basement doors was unlocked. As one could gain access not only to the storage area, but also to the hall way of part of the building, it is imperative that the doors remain locked. I am mentioning this because this is not the first time I have noticed this issue. More than likely, a worker etc is forgetting to lock the door. Therefore, I would recommend checking the doors from time to time if you are in the vicinity.

Kimball Park Condo Owners/Residents-

We're starting this site/blog as a way to keep the lines of communication open. We'll try to post things here like rules, meeting times, events and anything else that may come up.

One of the first things we need to set up is a watering schedule. Last year, Opine paid someone $15 every time someone came out to water the lawn and bushes. In the last meeting, several people said they'd be willing to help out with the watering and save the association a few bucks. Now that there are flowers and replanted grass in place we'll need to start this as soon as possible. Please reply at the bottom of this post or send me an email of your availability and I'll work up a schedule. Simple math would tell us that the more people who pitch in, the less often you'll have to do it. Thanks for your help in advance.

I'd also like to thank Emily and the Schullers for their hard work on Saturday. The yard looks great. We will continue to add things including mulch around the entire building and work on keeping the lawn green and possibly weed free throughout the summer.
